As the sun drops behind the western ridges of Appenzell, the timber balustrades and limestone rocks radiate heat collected throughout the day.
We provide pure wool blankets and soft lantern light as the sky moves from amber to heather purple and deep indigo. It is the terrace's most contemplative hour.
