Long Lunches
Relaxed hospitality surrounded by mountain scenery. Unhurried seasonal plates served under generous terrace timber eaves.
Unhurried Afternoons Above The Valley
At dispatchpebblefeed, midday is not a hurried pause between obligations. It is a dedicated ritual where time slows down to match the drifting pace of clouds above the Appenzell summits.
Guests are seated at spacious wooden tables protected by wide larch eaves. Natural sunlight warms the outer stone decks while the timber canopy provides comfortable, dappled shade. Handcrafted ceramic tableware, raw linens, and seasonal pastoral provisions set the tone for meals that last across hours.
We deliberately avoid turnover pressures. Once seated for lunch, your table remains yours for as long as you choose to converse, reflect, or simply take in the expansive valley views.
